Check all gears on workstand

Check chain wear and length

Check jockey wheels for wear

Remove and replace inner cable if required

Check condition of cable outers and trim as necessary

Check alignment of gear hanger

Set limit stop screws on rear mech

Align front mech

Set limit stop screws on front mech

Tune and 'Index' all gears
